2 quarts tomato juice 1 large green pepper, chopped 2 cucumbers, chopped 4 ribs celery, chopped 1 large onion, chopped 2 oz. diced pimentos 1/4 cup olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Mix all together. Chill. Serve.
I cut this recipe in half for the two of us.
