1 (29 oz.) can Veg-All Homestyle, drained 1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes 1 (10-1/2 oz.) can beef broth 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 lb. cubed cooked beef (1 to 2 cups) In a 3 quart saucepan, combine all ingredients and simmer until heated through. Makes 6 servings. Note: Option: Thicken stew by mixing 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 1/4 cup cold water. Add mixture to heated stew. Stir until thickened. Serve over hot rice or egg noodles. |
