2 cans (13-3/4 oz. each) chicken broth 1 cup water 1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed 1 can (16 oz.) white kidney beans, drained 1 cup shredded cabbage 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 cup Minute rice, uncooked Bring broth, water, and tomatoes to boil in large saucepan. Add vegetables, beans, cabbage, oregano, and pepper. Return to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
