1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 teaspoon basil leaves, crushed 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1/3 cup dry white wine 2 cups cooked chopped broccoli 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed Swiss cheese soup 1 cup milk Parsley In saucepan, cook onion with basil in butter until tender. Add wine; simmer a few minutes. Add broccoli and soup. Pour into electric blender; blend until smooth. Return mixture to saucepan; gradually stir in milk. Heat, stirring occasionally. Garnish with parsley. Makes about 3-1/2 cups. |
