1 tablespoon butter 1 cup diced onion 1 cup shredded cabbage 2 cups water 15 oz. can Veg-All Mixed Vegetables, drained 2 14-1/2 cans stewed tomatoes 2 tablespoons chopped parsley 1/2 teaspoon basil 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Melt butter in large pan. Stir in onion and cabbage. Heat 2 minutes. Add water; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in vegetables, tomatoes, and seasonings. Simmer 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings. |
