1 pkg. white cake mix
3 tablespoons flour
3 eggs
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1/2 cup frozen strawberries, thawed
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons crushed strawberries
Combine cake mix, flour, eggs, oil, water, jello, and strawberries in large mixing bowl; mix well. Bake in greased
and floured tube pan in 350 deg. oven about 40 minutes, or two 9-inch layer cake pans for 25 minutes.
Combine melted butter, powdered sugar, and 2 tablespoons crushed strawberries (I use a little more strawberries than
the recipe calls for). Drizzle over warm cake. If desired, you may decorate the cake with fresh strawberries.
