Bow Tie Pasta Salad


You can make a main dish out of this salad by adding cooked chicken or turkey, small cubes of cheese, or cooked seafood to the pasta and vegetables.

16 ounces uncooked bow ties, or other shaped pasta
1 16-oz. bag Birds Eye frozen Farm Fresh Mixtures Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrots
1 cup Italian, creamy Italian, or your favorite salad dressing
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
1 cup pitted ripe olives, halved (optional)

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

Cook vegetables according to package directions.

Combine drained pasta and vegetables with remaining ingredients in large bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Yield: 8 servings.
