Dressing: 3/4 cup mayonnaise or sour cream 2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons vinegar Salad: 1 large bunch broccoli, raw 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and chopped 1 medium red onion, chopped 1 cup sunflower seeds 1/2 cup raisins (optional) In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar. Cut broccoli into small bite sized pieces and add to dressing. Add crumbled bacon, onion, and sunflower seeds. Mix well and refrigerate. Serve the same day or refrigerate overnight. Keeps well. |
