2 (15 oz.) cans white corn 1 cup chopped green pepper 1 cup chopped red/purple onion 1 cup chopped cucumber 1 cup seeded and chopped Roma tomatoes 1/2 cup Italian dressing Garlic powder to taste Cayenne pepper to taste Salt & black pepper to taste Drain the corn. Combine with the rest of the ingredients and toss lightly. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serves 6-8. |
