1 can green beans, drained 1 can yellow beans, drained 1 box frozen peas 1 can shoe peg white corn, drained 1 small jar diced pimento, drained 1 can chopped black olives, drained 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped celery 1 cup chopped green pepper 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup light oil 3/4 cup cider vinegar 2 teaspoons pepper Combine vegetables in salad bowl. In small saucepan, bring to boil: sugar, oil, vinegar and pepper. Cool and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate for several hours before serving. |
