2 pounds cranberries 4 apples, peeled and cored 3 oranges, peeled 1 to 2 cups chopped pecans 1 16-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained 6 cups sugar 4 3-oz. pkg. strawberry or raspberry gelatin 2-1/2 cups boiling water Grind or chop cranberries, apples, oranges, pecans, and pineapple. Mix together and set aside. Combine sugar, gelatin and water. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in fruit mixture and chill. Makes 15 to 18 servings. |
