1 cup diced red apples 1 cup diced green apples 1 cup chopped broccoli 1 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup slivered almonds 1/2 cup raisins 1/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon white vinegar 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise OR fat-free salad dressing In small mixing bowl, mix sugar, raisins, and mayonnaise or salad dressing. Place remaining ingredients into large bowl and add dresssing. Mix well, chill, and serve. Serves 6 with approximately 3 fat grams per serving. |
