1 3-oz. pkg. strawberry or cherry Jello 1 cup boiling water 1 cup crushed pineapple (reserve juice from can) 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 cup sugar 2 cups raw cranberries, ground or chopped in food processor 1 large orange, ground or chopped in food processor 1 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped nuts Dissolve Jello in water, then add juice from pineapple and lemon juice. Add sugar, then cranberries, pineapple, orange, celery and nuts. Put in mold and chill to set. Makes 10-12 servings. |
