2 grapefruits 2 oranges, peeled 1 tangerine, peeled 1/2 pound red grapes Shredded coconut Make sawtooth cuts all around grapefruit. Twist and pull grapefruit apart. Scoop out pulp and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Set grapefruit shells aside. Slice orange into bite-sized pieces. Separate tangerine pulp into small sections. Toss all fruit in a bowl with coconut. Evenly distribute fruit in the grapefruit shells. Serves 4. |
