2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
6 cups peeled and thinly sliced apples
1 deep-dish frozen pie crust
Crumb Topping
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup pecans
In large bowl, toss together sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and apples. Spoon into frozen crust.
For topping: combine brown sugar and flour; cut in butter. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake in preheated 400 deg. oven on preheated baking sheet 40 to 50 minutes.
