1 (9-inch) pie crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
3 tablespoons light brown sugar, divided
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 egg, beaten
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 cup cold margarine
1/3 cup all-purpose flour, unsifted
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 375 deg. In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and egg; pour into crust lined pan.
Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and cornstarch; stir in cranberry sauce. Spoon over cheese misture.
In bowl, cut margarine into flour and remaining 2 tablespoons sugar until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Sprinkle over cranberry mixture. Bake 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Refrigerate leftovers.
