4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon milk OR half-and-half
1 tablespoon sugar
1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 chocolate pie crust (6 oz.)
1-1/2 cups cold milk OR half-and-half
2 (4 serving size) pkg. chocolate flavor instant pudding & pie filling mix
Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk, and sugar with wire whisk until smooth. Stir in 1-1/2 cups of thawed topping. Spread on bottom of crust. Pour 1-1/2 cups milk into bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. Stir in 2 cups of thawed topping. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Garnish with remaining whipped topping. Serve.
