2 (1 oz) squares semi-sweet chocolate 2 tablespoons butter 1 lb. powdered sugar (approximately) 1 tablespoon heavy
cream 1 teaspoon vanilla Melt chocolate with butter. Cool. Stir in cream and vanilla. Add sugar, 1 cup at
a time, working into stiff dough. Chill 1 hour. Roll into balls the size of walnuts. (Coat hands with powdered
sugar before rolling to prevent sticking to hands.) Let sit at least 1 hour before dipping.
