Pumpkin Dump Cake


This recipe was received from an internet friend. I haven't tried it yet, but will do it next time. Looks very good. Thanks, Arlene.

1 16-ounce can pumpkin
1 13-ounce can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 eggs

Mix above ingredients together. Pour into a 9x13" pan sprayed with Pam.

1 box yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix (see note)
1/4 cup nuts
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Mix together and pour over the pumpkin mixture already in the pan. Do not mix.

1 cup butter, melted

Spoon evenly over top of cake.

Bake at 350 deg. for 50-60 minutes.

*Note: It's important to get the right cake mix (with pudding in mix).
