Easy Coffee Cake


A Bisquick recipe.

2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup milk or water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 egg

Heat oven to 375 deg F. Grease round pan, 9 x 1-1/2". Prepare Streusel Topping, reserve. (see below for recipe)

Mix all ingredients together; beat 30 seconds. Spread in prepared pan. Sprinkle with Streusel Topping. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. 8 servings.

STREUSEL TOPPING

1/3 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons firm margarine or butter

Mix ingredients until crumbly, cutting butter into dry ingredients.
