2 sticks butter, softened 1-1/2 cups flour 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 cup cocoa 4 eggs 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup nuts 3-1/2 oz can flake coconut 7 oz jar Marshmallow Creme Mix all ingredients except marshmallow creme together. Beat thoroughly. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9" pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 deg F. Remove from oven and spread top of hot cake with marshmallow creme. Cool in pan, then ice with: 1 stick softened butter 1/3 cup cocoa 1/2 cup milk 1 (1#) box powdered sugar Mix all ingredients together thoroughly before icing. |
