Humming Bird Cake

2 cups flour
2 cups white sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1-1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 8-oz. can crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups chopped bananas

Mix flour, sugar, eggs, oil, salt, soda, cinnamon, and vanilla. Blend in pineapple, pecans, and bananas. Bake in tube pan for 75 minutes at 325 deg.

Icing:

8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 pound box confectioner's sugar
1 stick margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla

Beat together to right consistency and spread on cake.
