2-1/2 squares chocolate, grated 1/2 cup cold water 1/2 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped Combine chocolate with water and cook over low heat until smooth and thick, stirring constantly. Add salt and sugar and continue cooking 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Fold in whipped cream. Store in a covered glass jar in refrigerator. When ready to use, place 1 tablespoon French Chocolate in a cup and fill with scalding milk. Stir well and serve. |
