2 limes
2 lemons
2 large Red Delicious apples
2 - 750 milliliter bottles Chablis or other white wine
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 cup brandy
2 - 33.8 oz. bottles club soda
Slice limes, lemons and apples. Combine sliced fruit, white wine, sugar and brandy; chill mixture at least 2 hours. Gently stir in slub soda and serve sangria over ice.
Yield: about 3-3/4 quarts
