In saucepan, combine 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder, 1/4 cup sugar, dash salt, 2 1-ounce squares unsweetened chocolate, and 1 cup water. Stir over low heat until chocolate melts. Gradually add 3 cups milk, stirring constantly. When piping hot, remove from heat and beat with rotary beater until frothy. Pour into cups and top with dollops of whipped cream. Serves 6.
