This recipe was received from an internet friend. Thanks, Dottie.

3 lbs. hamburger
1 small onion, chopped
3 eggs
2 teaspoons salt
4 or 5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs (See Note)
1 cup cheese (romano or parmesan)
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Mix all ingredients together (messy, but easier to do it with hands). Shape into balls.

Set meatballs on insert of broiler pan and bake at 375 deg. for 20 minutes.

Dotties note: I put them on cookie tin in freezer until frozen - then put them in gallon size Ziplok freezer bag. Take out as many as you need when you are going to eat them. I usually thaw the ones I need, then heat them in the sauce.

*Note: Progresso Italian Style is best for bread crumbs. (Also Dottie's note)
