1 lb. hamburger
1 small chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 small can tomato paste
3 cans water
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons Heinz Chili Sauce
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
1 to 2 tablespoons oregano
Cooked spaghetti (Reserve)
Grated Cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger with onion, green pepper, salt, garlic salt, onion salt, and pepper until just done. Keep hamburger broken into small pieces. Put hamburger in colander to drain. Add rest of ingredients except spaghetti to pan. Mix well. Add hamburger mixture to tomato sauce mixture. Simmer at least 2 hours with lid on for best flavor. For thicker sauce, remove lid during last 20 to 30 minutes. Serve over cooked spaghetti with cheese sprinkled on top. Serve with garlic bread and salad.
