Turkey Pot Pie

2 deep-dish frozen pie crusts, not thawed
1 cup evaporated milk
1 envelope (0.87 oz.) turkey or chicken gravy mix
2 cups cooked and cubed turkey (or chicken)
1 package (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

In medium bowl, combine milk, gravy mix, turkey, vegetables, and thyme. Pour into one frozen pie crust.

Break or crumble remaining frozen pie crust into very small pieces. Toss with shredded cheese. Sprinkle over top of pie.

Bake in a preheated 400 deg. oven on a preheated baking sheet for 35 to 40 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.
