This recipe came from Virginia, an internet friend.  Thanks, Virginia.

1 #2 can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 box pistachio instant pudding
1 cup small marshmallows
1 small carton cool whip
2 tablespoons fine chopped nuts (optional)
 
Mix pineapple and pudding mix together until well blended.  Fold in cool whip and marshmallows.  Stir in nuts. 
 
*Note:  This may be used immediately or refrigerated overnight.  It can also be frozen.
