5 or 6 boiled potatoes
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 bunch green onions and tops, chopped
8 to 10 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1/3 cup hot bacon grease
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
Dash salt
Water (little bit)
Skin and cube potatoes while hot. Toss with eggs, onions, and bacon. Add vinegar, sugar, salt, and water to hot grease in skillet. Pour over potato mixture. Serve hot.
