2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup salad oil
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 cup boiling water
Topping (recipe follows)
Mix in order given being sure to add boiling water last. Bake in 11 x 16-inch pan at 350 deg. for about 30 minutes. Spread topping on cake and place under broiler until bubbling. Cool and cut in squares.
Topping
1 stick butter, melted
1 can coconut
1 small can condensed milk
1 lb. brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix well and pour over hot cake. Place under broiler until bubbly.
