3 cups chopped/sliced HoneyBaked Ham 4 slices white bread, cubed 8 oz. (2 cups) cheddar cheese, shredded 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted 3 tablespoons flour 1 teaspoon dry mustard 4 eggs, beaten 3 cups milk Dash paprika Grease a 9x13" pan. Place bread evenly in pan; top with ham and cheese; drizzle butter on top. Mix together flour and mustard; sprinkle on top of ham mixture. In medium bowl, combine eggs and milk; beat well; pour over ham and cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours, or overnight. Bake at 350 deg for 1 hour or until browned and puffy. Allow to set for 15 minutes before serving. Serves 10. |
