1 20-oz. can pineapple chunks 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/3 cup prepared yellow mustard 2 teaspoons cornstarch 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves Whole Cloves (optional) Drain pineapple, reserving juice. In small saucepan, combine reserved juice and remaining ingredients except whole cloves. Cook and stir sauce until it boils and thickens. Add pineapple chunks. Heat through. Spoon over ham. If desired, insert whole cloves sparingly over top of ham. Bake as directed. |
