1/2 cup Minute Rice
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash chili powder
2 pork chops
2 thin onion slices
3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon water
In a 6-1/2 x 6-1/2 x 2-inch baking dish, combine the first four ingredients. Place pork chops atop the rice mixture. Place an onion slice atop each chop. Combine barbecue sauce and the tablespoon of water and spoon over chops. Microwave, covered, until done - about 9 to 10 minutes, turning dish when half the time has elapsed.
