1 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup melted unsalted butter
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 (10-inch) unbaked pie shell
Mix sugar, brown sugar, and flour. Stir in eggs and butter, combining well. Fold in nuts and chocolate chips. Spread in prepared pie shell and bake at 325 deg. 60 to 70 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. This pie freezes well.
