1 (6 oz.) Oreo Pie Crust 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 to 1-1/2 teaspoons peppermint extract 10 to 12 drops green food coloring (optional) 2 cups (1 pint) Whipping Cream or Whipped Topping In large mixer bowl, combine milk, extraact, and if desired, food coloring. Fold in whipped cream. Turn into crust; cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Garnish as desired. Freeze leftovers. Makes 1 pie. |
