Crust: 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 3 tablespoons sugar 3 tablespoon margarine Filling: 2 8-oz. pkgs. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened 1/3 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla Topping: 3/4 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla Crust: Preheat oven to 350 deg. Mix together crumbs, sugar and margarine; press onto bottom and up sides of 9" pie plate. Bake 10 minutes. Filling: Beat cheese and sugar in large mixing bowl at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla; pour into crust. Bake 40 minutes. Topping: Mix together sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spoon over warm cheesecake. Chill. Top with strawberries, if desired. 10 servings. |
