2 pkgs. chocolate chip cookie dough (from dairy case) 2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla Slice 1 pkg. cookie dough and place in lightly greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Beat eggs, softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread over cookies. Slice 2nd pkg. cookie dough and place over top of the mixture. Bake approximately 30 minutes at 375 deg. Cool and slice into squares and keep refrigerated. *Helen's note: I prefer glass pans, then can leave there after refrigerated. |
