1 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons dry white wine OR water
1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut up, skin removed if desired (3 to 3-1/2 lbs.)
Mix all ingredients except chicken. Pour salad dressing mixture over chicken; cover. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes to marinate.
Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade. Place on grill over medium coals. Grill, covered, 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes. Brush with marinade; continue grilling 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
