1-1/2 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces
Assorted cut up fresh vegetables (peppers, cherry tomatoes, & zucchini)
Marinade (see recipe below)
Arrange meat and vegetables on skewers. Marinate 1/2 hour in refrigerator. Place kabobs on grill over medium-high coals; brush with additional marinade.
MARINADE
1 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons water
Mix all ingredients. Reserve 1/2 cup for dipping cooked kabobs.
*Note: You can substitute boneless skinless chicken breast halves for the beef.)
