Velveeta Salsa Dip

1 lb. Velveeta Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, cubed
1 jar (8-oz.) Pace Thick & Chunky Salsa OR Picante Sauce
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)

Microwave Velveeta and salsa in 2-quart microwave bowl on HIGH 4 minutes, or until cheese is melted, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir in cilantro.

Serve hot with tortilla chips, broiled green, red, or yellow pepper wedges, or breadsticks.

Makes 3 cups (24 servings).
