1 lb. large mushrooms
Butter or margarine for saute'
1 teaspoon chopped or flaked parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup bread crumbs
Wash mushrooms. Trim 1/8" from bottom of stem, discard; remove stems from mushrooms. Chop stems and onion, and saute in butter. Add breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, pepper and grated parmesan cheese. Let mixture cool. Add egg to mixture.
Stuff each mushroom cap and bake 25 minutes in slightly greased pan at 350 deg.
