I got this from Cheri, an internet friend. She also uses meatballs instead of sausage (frozen, of course)! Also great for a party.
4-5 lbs smoked sausage, cut into thin slices 1 12 oz. jar Heniz chili sauce 1-1/4 cups catsup 1 bay leaf 8 whole allspice 1 large onion sliced 1 cup brown sugar
Mix it all together and bake at 350 deg. for 1 hour. It can also be put in slow cooker.
