2 cups minced clams 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon grated horseradish 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder Dash of cayenne pepper Mix dry ingredients together. Mix milk, eggs, and horseradish together; add to flour mixture. Stir clams into batter and drop by teaspoon into hot oil. Serve hot with chili sauce. |
