2 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
2 tablespoons rum
1 egg, separated
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolk, beaten well. Cook over hot water until thickened. Add rum gradually, stirring constantly. Remove from stove and pour onto stiffly beaten egg white. Fold in carefully. |
