10 - 12 lb. turkey 1/2 cup butter, softened 2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage 2 large cloves garlic, minced Sage leaves, if desired Stir together butter, sage, and garlic. Spread butter mixture under skin of turkey. Arrange sage leaves under skin, if used. Roast turkey according to label directions. Use any remaining butter mixture to baste turkey during roasting. *Note: You can use this butter mixture to baste chicken or chicken parts with also. |
