Baked Chicken Breasts

4 Chicken Breasts
1 cup Italian Dressing
1 cup Soy Sauce
4 slices onion
4 slices green pepper
Barbecue Sauce (optional)

Place chicken breasts in baking pan or dish. Pour dressing and soy sauce over them. Place 1 slice onion and 1 slice green pepper on each piece. Pour barbeque sauce over all. Marinate for 15 minutes. Bake at 375 deg F. for 1 hour, uncovered, or until they test done. Serve with baked potato and salad for great meal. Easy too!

*Note: You can use frozen chicken breasts. Just allow about 20 minutes extra if you do.
*Note: Chicken is done if juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork.
