3 cups cubed cooked chicken 1-1/2 cups broken uncooked narrow egg noodles 1 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1/4 cup sliced stuffed green olives Combine chicken, uncooked noodles, broth, milk, salt and pepper in 2 quart microproof casserole and mix lightly. Cover and cook in microwave on 70 (roast) 8 to 10 minutes until noodles are tender, stirring once. Stir in cheese and olives. Cover and cook (micro) on HI (max. power) 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted. *Note: You can substitute turkey or cubed ham for the chicken. |
