1 8-oz. pkg. Bakers Unsweetened Chocolate 1 cup butter or margarine 5 eggs 3 cups sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1-1/2 cups flour 2 cups chopped walnuts Heat oven to 375 deg. (350 deg. for glass baking dish). Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on HI 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on high speed 2 minutes. Reduce speed to low; beat in chocolate mixture until well blended. Beat in flour just until blended. Stir in walnuts. Spread in greased 13 x 9" baking pan. Bake 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool in pan. Cut into squares. Makes 32 brownies. |
