1/2 cup salsa 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs) 4 Velveeta Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread Slices 4 Kaiser rolls, split Lettuce Tomato slices Pour salsa over chicken; cover. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight to marinate. Drain. Grill or broil chicken 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Top with Velveeta slices. Grill or broil until cheese is melted. Fill rolls with lettuce, tomato, and chicken. Makes 4 sandwiches. |
